In the past, many of the most beloved contestants have traded their wins on the show for hugely successful competitions in the entertainment industry. Others, unfortunately, fell into the background. While fans wait for the official release date of season 14, now is the perfect time to check out some of RuPaul's winning Drag Race personalities.
Budi Budi Zahara Benet
Despite winning more than ten years ago, BeBe Zahara Benet has enjoyed an extremely busy last few years.Iconic RuPaul's Drag Race Queen of the Midwestand the singer/model beat out the competition by routinely winning challenges and exuding infectious positivity on her way to the title of Season 1's Next Drag Superstar.
Currently, BeBe is the subject of the 90-minute documentary Being BeBe, which premiered on June 19, 2021. Directed by Emily Branham, the documentary chronicles BeBe's inspiring rise to stardom after winning the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race. Last year, BeBe also appeared in the series Dragocjeni! and music videos for her songs "Banjo" and "Body on Me".
Tyra Sanchez
Until Aquaria eclipsed this feat in 2018, Tyra Sanchez was the youngest champion (21 at the time) in Drag Race history. Tyra defeated the competition by avoiding the terrifying Lip Sync for Your Life battle and defeating Raven in the finals.

After appearing on several drug shows in 2010, Tyra, real name James Ross, announced that she was quitting drugs in 2019 (forin the magazine) and no longer wants to be referred to by his former moniker or associated with RuPaul's Drag Race, much to the dismay of his loyal fans. Giving up social media (for the most part), Tyra now lives a quiet family life as a father of two and a devout Christian.
Radza
Season 3 winner Raja continues to demonstrate her star power in many projects. In addition to the release of the single and music video for the song "MoodBored" - one of thethe best songs recorded by the queens of RuPaul's Drag Race- 2019 and "Shoes - The Reboot" in 2021 (which she produced) Raja has appeared in music videos by other artists Adam Lambert, Erasure (2020) and others.
What's more, Raja recently launched a podcast with another Delta Work queen called Very That, including a new episode of the October event in whichpromotion toInstagram. As for his Drag Race connections, Raja last appeared on the show in 2019 and after The Pit Stop concert in 2021.
Sharon Needles
As one of the more successful singers to compete on the show, season 4 winner Sharon Needles continues to live the life of a gothic glam-rock star. She helped redefine the concept of beauty during her winning run by breaking convention and embracing the "ugly darling" look.
Currently, Sharon Needles continues to make music, including the song "Lift Them Up 2020" with fellow artists Greko, Debbie Harry and others. exceptbecoming the face of Serv VodkaIn 2021, Sharon will participate in the 2022 documentary All Stars, which follows the evolution of the darling.
Jinkx Monsun
Season 5 winner Jinkx Monsoon shook up the competition by becoming the first of three comedy queens to prove that glamor and walking the pavement isn't the only way to win over viewers. Between her humor and her theater degree, Jinkx continues to be in the spotlight.

Bianca Del Rio
With her stellar acting chops, Bianco Del Rio dusted off the competition by convincingly winning three challenges to become the winner of Season 6. It's no wonder Bianca is still holding many creative irons in the fire.

Alongside her comedy Unsanitized Tour 2021-2022, Bianca has been cast as Hugo/Loco Chanelle on the UK theater tourEveryone's talking about Jamie, the coming-of-age story of a 16-year-old drag queen. Even cooler, Bianca made a cameo appearance as Miss Haylock in the 2021 big screen adaptation of the play.

After several seasons of comedic shenanigans, Violet Chachki won Season 7, bringing classic glamor back to the Drag Race runway. Since winning the crown that season, Violet has continued her career, among other things, as a model for burlesque fashion lines.
In 2021, Violet appeared as herself on the reality show Exposed, released a single and music video called "What Violet Wants", as well as a new song with Allie X called "Mistress Violet".
